Ericka's affection for telling visual stories has only grown since she started her professional design career over 10 years ago. Her personal philosophy is that one never has to stay in a box as a designer, therefore, she has been able to engineer cross-platform experiences spanning print, video and web. Her love of travel and photography has also aided in her ability to adapt to new environments. Never abandoning her thirst for design, she incorporated many creative activities and visual communication into her classes, after school programs and camps while working abroad as an English teacher.
